This set of 50 galvanized slab props (20–14 kN, German type) is a professional, wholesale package designed for construction companies, developers, and formwork equipment rental businesses.

Designed for the safe support of heavy vertical loads during the pouring of monolithic slabs, ribbed-slab systems, support beams, lintels, and girders.

Constructed from high-grade pre-galvanized steel with reinforced tube walls, these props offer complete resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage, and harsh weather conditions.

Assembly Method and Safety

  1. Base support: place the bottom foot of the prop on a firm, load-bearing surface. On unpaved ground, use base planks (sole plates).
  2. Vertical alignment: use formwork tripods at the edges and at intervals between the props to maintain the stability of the assembly while positioning the girders.
  3. Incremental adjustment: extend the inner tube to the required height and secure it by inserting the G-PIN into the nearest hole.
  4. Fine adjustment: use the nut on the external thread to tighten the prop, ensuring a perfect fit against the head or the H20 girder.
  5. Verification: before pouring concrete, check that the erected structure is level and plumb.
