Ceiling formwork 100 m² 20–14 kN 2.00–3.60 m

Formwork constructed using this system is extremely durable. What is more, it is highly resistant to mechanical damage and weather conditions. The components of the system are properly protected. Steel parts are galvanised, while wooden parts are coated with a special protective paint. 

The supports were tested for strength at the Regional Construction Laboratory, Department of Engineering Structures, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Gdańsk University of Technology.

• In the initial phase, the construction tripod stabilises and secures the support against tipping over. The tripod does not transfer any forces that could affect the support.
• The supports are constructed using the telescopic method. Special holes placed in the support every 10 cm provide protection against falling or crushing the hands. Load capacity 20-14 kN.
• The construction head consists of a pin, a support plate and arms. It supports H20 formwork girders. It keeps them in a vertical position and prevents them from sliding down.
• The girder transfers loads to the main supports, providing permanent support. One of the main advantages of using joists is that fewer anchors are required.
• The three-layer board has high bending tolerance. Its use guarantees a smooth concrete surface. It is also waterproof, so it can be used both indoors and outdoors.
