Ceiling formwork 50m² 20-14kN

Formwork constructed using this system is extremely durable. What is more, it is highly resistant to mechanical damage and weather conditions. The components of the system are properly protected. Steel parts are galvanised, while wooden parts are coated with a special protective paint. 

The props were tested for strength at the Regional Construction Laboratory, Department of Engineering Structures, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Gdańsk University of Technology.

• The construction tripod stabilises and secures the prop against tipping over in the initial phase. The tripod does not transfer any forces that could affect the prop.

• The props are constructed using a telescopic method. Special holes located in the prop every 10 cm provide protection against falling or crushing the hands. Load capacity 20-14 kN.

• The construction head consists of a pin, a support plate and arms. It supports H20 formwork girders. It keeps them in a vertical position and protects them from slipping.

• The girder transfers loads to the main supports, providing permanent support. One of the main advantages of using joists is that fewer anchors are required.

• The three-layer board has a high bending tolerance. Its use guarantees a smooth concrete surface. It is also waterproof, so it can be used for both indoor and outdoor work.

• Formwork plywood supports the reinforcement structure during concreting. It allows you to shape the concrete mix and obtain a smooth poured surface. The plywood we offer is covered with a special film that protects against concrete adhesion and moisture.
