Floor formwork Three-layer slab 100m2 20kN HD

The formwork constructed with it is extremely strong. What is more, it has high resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions. The components of the system are protected in an appropriate manner. The steel parts are galvanised, the timber parts are coated with a special protective paint. 

The supports were tested for strength at the Regional Construction Laboratory of the Department of Engineering Structures, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Gdansk University of Technology.

• The construction tripod initially stabilises and prevents the support from tipping over. The tripod does not transmit any forces that could affect the support.

• The supports are constructed using the telescopic method. Special holes placed in the support every 10 cm provide protection against falling or crushing hands. Load capacity 20kN 

• The construction head consists of a mandrel, support plate and arms. It is the support for the H20 formwork beams. It holds them upright and prevents them from slipping.

• The joist transfers the loads to the main supports, providing permanent support. One of the main advantages of using joists is the use of fewer anchors.

• The three-layer slab has a high bending tolerance. Its use guarantees a smooth concrete surface. It is also waterproof, so it can be used for both indoor and outdoor work.
